General Returns & Exchanges Customer must notify Dealers Supply Company within 7 business days of order acceptance of any defects discovered in the ordered product. Prior to the return of any product for credit, a Return Authorization Number must be issued by Dealers Supply Company. Without this Return Authorization Number, returned products will either be refused or accepted without customer credit. Some returned items will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Shortages, Damages or Wrong Item(s) Shipped All shortages, damages or wrong items reported within 7 business days of the purchase invoice date will receive a full credit and adjustment. The customer will not be responsible for any shipping or product costs to correct the order.
Defective Product A product reported as defective must have been purchased within the last 12 months to qualify for a full credit. A RIA representative must inspect the product before any return or adjustment is issued.
Discontinued Products Any product sold as "Discontinued" (will have a * or $ prefix in the beginning of their product name) are not be eligible for return or credit.
Important If the product(s) are not reported within (30) days of the purchase invoice date you may be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee, return shipping costs, and the costs to ship the correct item back to you.
